Q: LOST PASSWORD
A: Please go to https://smmu.customerhub.net then click on the ‘forgot my password’ link.
Enter the email address you registered with.
A temporary password will be emailed to you to allow you to login.
Be sure to change your temporary password once you are logged in.
Q: How do I update my contact and/or billing information?
A: You can update your information within the SMMU members area.
Simply go to https://smmu.customerhub.net.
Once you are logged in click on ‘My Account’.
Next click ‘Edit my profile’.
Make your changes and click the update button at bottom of page to save your changes.
